Small group backcountry sightseeing and touring in the breathtaking Blue Mountains. See kangaroos, koalas, waterfalls, the Three Sisters and hidden canyons. Morning tea, a superb lunch on Day 1 and a full breakfast on Day 2 are included.
Itinerary
Day 1 Depart at approx 7am and travel in an air-conditioned luxury All Terrain vehicle across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and past the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games site before enjoying morning tea with wild kangaroos deep in the Australian bush. In the Blue Mountains you will see waterfalls, magnificent canyons and Australia's most famous sight - the remarkable 3 Sisters. Enjoy lunch at a gorgeous historic mountain hotel with fantastic views and great food. This afternoon, visit the thrilling Scenic Railway in Katoomba (optional). Ride the steepest passenger railway in the world (entry is at own expense) or enjoy a short walk to nearby Katoomba waterfalls & gallery. Stay overnight in the Katoomba village area.
Day 2 Breakfast is included at your hotel this morning. 11:00am depart your Blue Mountains hotel and transfer to the track head. Enjoy a 3 hour self guided walking tour. You are provided with a backpack (on loan from Mount'N Beach Safaris), self guide map kit/track info, complete picnic lunch including a drink. Rejoin the tour at 2pm at scenic Railway then return to Sydney.

On overnight tours bring airline carry-on size bags only. Large suitcases should be left in Sydney with your hotel concierge. Luggage space is limited on tour vehicles.
Child rates apply when child is travelling with minimum 2 adults on overnight tours.
Casual clothing is ok at all times in the Blue Mountains. Winter weather can be cold - wear long trousers/bring sweater. Summer weather can be hot - wear shorts/t-shirt, sunhat and shoes. All seasons carry a jacket for sudden cool or rainy weather.
Tour Times
